Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.


We do not accept American Express cards.

We accept payments also by Paypal.
Shipping And Handling Shipping globally.

We are based in the UK, so UK orders can be sent first class, second class (up to 750g), or by courier.

To all other destinations in the EU, parcels are dispatched generally using a two day service, this may be longer depending on your location.

Worldwide, we send parcels overseas using an airmail service. Parcels under 2 kilos are dispatched using the Royal Mail service.
Parcels 2 kilos and over are dispatched using a courier (usually Parcel Force).


SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLES: Customers who have the following post codes should use this service and not the mainland courier option:

Delivery Schedule We deliver your as soon as possible.

Choosing the courier does not gurantee your order being dispatched the same day.

We will normally send your order to you within 2-3 business days but this can sometimes be a bit longer during busy periods e.g. Christmas or your item/s are not in stock and have to be ordered in.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. This means that no-one can see or capture your credit card number and use it fraudulently.
Guarantee All of our produces are shipped in excellant condition, the operating temperatures within delivery vehicles is beyond our control.

Returns Policy Please note Sweetstall.com nor any of its employers can be held responsible for any claims for loss, damage, injury or any insurance claims.
Sweetstall.com does not manufacture any items at all, so will not accept any responsibility for any problems resulting from any product supplied.
All such claims should be direct to the manufacturers, of which we can supply details of.



We want you to be 100% guaranteed with your purchase from sweetstall.com. We do our best to ensure that the products you order are despatched within 24 hours, and that the products ordered are in excellent condition when they leave our premises.

If for some reason you cancel your order and it is not our fault, we will happily refund your payment to you but we will charge a 10% fee, as we would have incurred payment charges when the order was placed and we also incur charges when we issue a refund.

Please note: If a parcel is delivered but is 'refused' and returned to us, we will not refund for the postal charge incurred as we would be charged this by the courier company or Royal Mail.
This is also the same for un-delivered parcels returned to us by the Royal Mail where the parcel/s are marked 'Customer did not collect', 'No address known' etc.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you are able to return it to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
Due to the nature of chocolate and certain sweets, it is beyond our control to be able to guarantee that the sweets will not be transported in excess heat/cold and thus we can only guarantee the condition of the sweets when they leave our premises.
Please note we will not cover the cost of return postage, unless an error has occurred on our part and has been agreed with us prior to the return of the item/s.

WE HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT OF £5.00 FROM OUR WEBSITE. POSTAGE COSTS: Depending on the weight of your goods purchased, you can have your order posted by 1st or 2nd class post (max. weight 750g for 2nd). Parcels can be sent recorded or by courier for £6.99 (mainland U.K. price) All Non Mainland U.K. customers have their own prices, again priced appropriately depending on the weight of their goods. Once you're in the checkout section you can view the postal prices/options for your order before you confirm - make sure you use the drop down list for the correct delivery location.
